Cancellation policy

Orders placed using a purchase option, including preorder or custom items, may only be canceled before processing has begun. Once an order has entered processing, production, or customization, it cannot be canceled.

Custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation once production has started.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact Luxe Links by Rae Symone’ as soon as possible. Approval is not guaranteed and will depend on the status of the order.
