Shipping Policy – Luxe Links by Rae Symone’

At Luxe Links by Rae Symone’, each piece is crafted with care to ensure the highest quality, attention to detail, and a luxury experience from order to delivery.

Processing & Delivery Times

All orders require processing before shipment. Processing time applies regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Pre-Order / Coming Soon Items

Pre-order or first drop preview items may require approximately 7–10 business days for processing before shipment.

Custom Items

Custom pieces are made to order and require approximately 10–14 business days for processing before shipment.

Please note: processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided directly by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has left our facility, all delivery timelines and transit updates are solely determined by the shipping carrier.

 

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • We primarily ship via USPS, with estimated delivery times of 3–5 business days after shipment.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package size, weight, and destination.
  • For high-value orders, UPS may be used at our discretion for additional protection.
  • All packages are insured through a third-party shipping protection provider for added peace of mind.


Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed.

Ordering Items Separately (Important)

  • To avoid extended wait times, we strongly recommend placing separate orders for items with different processing times.
  • If multiple items with different processing times are purchased in one order, the full order will be held and shipped together based on the longest processing timeframe.

Example:  

  • If a ready-to-ship item is purchased with a custom item, the order will ship once the custom piece is complete.
  • To receive ready-to-ship items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

- Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.

- Luxe Links by Rae Symone’ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses.

- During high-demand periods, launches, and holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
