Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unworn and in original condition  
• Item must be returned in original packaging  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Custom Orders

All custom jewelry pieces are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Please ensure all customization details (names, spelling, etc.) are entered correctly at the time of purchase. Luxe Links by Rae Symone’ is not responsible for customer errors.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs  
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns on:
• Custom jewelry  
• Worn or damaged items  
• Items returned outside of the 14-day window
